Shy-Anne is an Aboriginal, award-winning songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, humanitarian, and performer, whose first three albums have sold 15,000 + copies worldwide with commercial radio airplay across Canada. Shy-Anne is also a highly respected motivational speaker whose presentations have inspired thousands of Canadians. Her 2014 album release Bones captured three 2014 Aboriginal Peoples Choice Music Awards for Best Country Album, Single of the Year, and Best Album Design. Shy-Anne also won the coveted 2014 APCMA “Entertainer of the Year” award.
Shy-Anne’s first three albums “Black Thunderbird”, “Pseudo” and “Interwoven Roots” were nominated for 25 awards and garnered multiple awards wins including six 2012 Aboriginal Peoples Choice Music Awards. Over the years, Shy-Anne has embarked on multiple concert tours across Canada that continue to win over the hearts of her fans and admirers, including select shows with the “Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra,”, and has won numerous awards for her performances at manȀ Classical Musical Festivals.
